Orders for Competition Costumes
contact: susan@greenlandice.co.uk for her to design your dream costume. You will need to provide the following
information:
Skater’s age
Music
Competition/Date
Design requests e.g colour – please note, we do not provide a dressmaking only service or do copies from any
other company.
Susan will email you to discuss your requirements, give you the current waiting
list time and a list of measurements needed. If you want an exclusive new
design, this will be £50. However, there is no charge for returning customers who have sent us a photo
of themselves in their greenlandice costume. There is also no charge for a copy
of a costume shown on the website.
Once payment and measurements are received, you will be emailed up to three
designs with prices which start at £200 including crystals.
No deposit is needed. Payment is required in full at the fitting , or when the
photo of your finished costume is emailed. Please read payment & shipping for charges and payment methods.
There are no returns/ refunds. Your quoted costume price includes minor
alterations but not return postage.If major alterations are needed due to
incorrect measurements provided or change of design requests, there is a £10 per hour dressmaking fee+ material costs & return postage.
